hello again 
This is basically windows explorer design concept totally based around the Office 15 technical preview screenshot leaks.
Here is the version with ribbon minimized.
Notice no box for addressbar or search.
I think its not needed.
Pressing the search button will make the addressbar a searchbar.
And clicking on folders will work the same way.
Also notice the new Local Disk icon with new windows logo.. hehe

Very nice indeed - it should have been like this in the first place. The only criticism I have is with regards to the shadows that surround the navigation bar. They're a little to intense. Nonetheless, nicely done.
